Connecting your fulfilment service(s)

Selling physical products is easier and more efficient than ever with ThriveCart’s fulfillment integrations. Whether you’re shipping custom merchandise, books, or branded goods, ThriveCart seamlessly connects with trusted third-party fulfillment services to automate product delivery for you.

This saves you time, reduces errors, and ensures a smooth experience for your customers, from checkout to doorstep. By integrating your fulfillment partner directly within ThriveCart, you can focus on growing your business while your orders are processed accurately and on time, every time.

ThriveCart Fulfillment integrations

ThriveCart integrates with a wide range of fulfillment services that gives you great flexibility for your eCommerce fulfillment setup. You can connect shipping services such as:

You can add more than 1 account per service* and multiple services to your account.

Most fulfillment integrations support multiple accounts per service. The only integration which only supports one account for integrations is Google Sheets.

How to set fulfillment

To add an integration, head to Settings > Integrations > and set Fulfillment Services in the dropdown filter to select your desired integration, where you will then see the information they require to connect.

Once connected, you’ll be able to set shipping and fulfillment options within your product directly, by choosing your desired fulfillment provider. You can see more on setting those options in our guide: Setting your physical fulfillment (shipping options).

Zapier & API integrations

We also offer Zapier integrations which offers integration with even more fulfillment services.

As long as your service has an app on Zapier you can typically use our mutual Zapier to have customers and order information sent from ThriveCart to your chosen fulfillment  service.

ThriveCart also has an API system (details over at developers.thrivecart.com) which allows you or third parties to create custom integrations where one doesn’t currently exist.

  • Pabbly Connect (similar to Zapier) have created an integration on their end.

Shopify Integration

In early 2020, Shopify’s API was deprecated and they removed support for 3rd-parties like ourselves to create customers and orders within their platform for fulfillment.

This affected new integrations/accounts only and any existing integrations will be unaffected.
