Archiving a Product

Supercharge your product area by removing inactive products from your product view without deleting them from your account entirely. This ThriveCart archive product guide walks you through the Archive Products feature so that you can still manage archived products, but not confuse them with active products.

You can archive your products to be fully excluded from your dashboard so that your products view stays clean and optimized for easily accessing only active products. Similar to disabled products, archived products prevent your customers from accidentally purchasing outdated or deactivated offers – without deleting the product, and its data, from your dashboard entirely.

To archive a product, navigate to Products in the top menu and on the right-hand side of the product that you want to archive, click on the Archive Product icon.

A popup will open asking you to confirm, if you are ready to archive your product, click on Archive Product.

To manage archived products, you can use the filter in your products dropdown menu to select Archived Products.

When viewing archived products you can:

  • View the stats
  • Restore the product
  • Clone the product
  • Delete the product

As a reminder, your archived products will continue to show in your dashboard and reporting areas. So you do not need to specifically go into these stats from the archive list. You can continue to view & download transaction data for this product from your transactions area.
