To find affiliate URLs for products you have signed up to or been manually added to by a vendor, you can get these from your affiliate dashboard.
You can access your affiliate dashboard by visiting https://thrivecart.com/signin/ and then logging in using your email address and password.
Once logged in you will have access to your affiliate dashboard and you’ll want to click the products tab at the top.

You’ll be shown a list of products for which you are approved for. Any products that are waiting for approval will be listed towards the bottom.
To access your ThriveCart affiliate links, simply click on one of the products to be taken to its dedicated resource area.

At the bottom of this area will be your affiliate link.
Note; if you’re wanting to use something like PrettyLinks or goo.gl to shorten or make the URL nicer to share, then you can do so. Just make sure the target of the URL is your affiliate link as shown here, where your affiliate ID is at the beginning of the URL.
If the vendor requires you to connect your PayPal before you can access your affiliate link then your affiliate link will be disabled until you have connected your PayPal account. You can learn how to do this here.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Q: Why wasn’t I credited for a sale?
- A: If the link you shared was not the original URL with your affiliate ID at the beginning of the URL, then this will not assign you to the transaction. Additional reasons this may have happened include; if the customer cleared their browser cache/cookies before checking out, if they copy/pasted the wrong URL into another browser or device, if the cookie expiration window passed from when they first clicked the link, or potentially if you are not approved to promote the product. You’ll want to reach out to the vendor directly for troubleshooting after checking the links you shared.

- Q: I can’t connect PayPal to get my link, what can I do?
- A: You’ll want to follow the steps in this guide to get your PayPal account connected. Make sure it’s a fully verified business PayPal account! Alternatively, you could reach out to the vendor you’re promoting for to see if you could be paid another way. Manual payments can be processed outside of the system, so would require more manual effort from the seller, and so connecting your PayPal account for payment would be ideal.

- Q: I’ve earned commission, but when will I get paid?
- A: ThriveCart does not pay affiliates directly (unless they are an affiliate of ThriveCart and the commission in question is for ThriveCart or ConvertBox). Each vendor manages payments for their own affiliate program, including timeframes for due dates on that commission. You can see more in this guide on commission payments.
