How to connect Flodesk

To connect an autoresponder to your account, you need to go to your Settings > Integrations area within your dashboard.

Connecting Flodesk is as simple as heading to Settings > Integrations > Flodesk within your ThriveCart dashboard. From there, you’ll be directed to login to your existing Flodesk account – or create a new one – and this will authorize the connection. 

After enabling your ThriveCart Flodesk Integration you will be able to make use of it by setting  automation rules on your individual products.

What does this integration support?

If you’re setting up Cart Abandonment workflows, Flodesk recommends you set these up from their end within your Flodesk account.

Using ThriveCart’s integration with Flodesk you can easily add customers to Flodesk segments and workflows, in order to manage contacts for a wide number of triggers with:

  • Add to Segment (allows you to add contacts to Segments)
  • Add to Workflow (allows you to add contacts to a Workflow)
  • Remove from Segment (allows you to remove contacts from Segments)
  • Remove from Workflow (allows you to remove contacts from Segments)

For data that is passed through to Flodesk, we currently pass through

  • Customer name
  • Customer email address

This email automation setup for email marketing allows you to automate tagging and segmentation for every new customer.
