If you have a question about an order you have placed with a vendor using ThriveCart, you will need to contact the vendor directly to discuss that further. In your receipt will be a "Contact Support" button that will direct you to their support channel they have set for their product. If you're needing to update your payment details, in the very bottom of your receipt will be a link to manage your billing details which will take you to the vendor's specific customer hub. We cannot cancel your subscriptions or process refunds on behalf of the vendor you have purchased from.
