At the time of purchase (or rebill), as a vendor you’re sent a sales notification, which is a copy of the receipt your customer has received for their order.
Your customers also have the option to download their receipt as a PDF for their record keeping.
Are you a business that need a PDF copy of your customer receipt for your own record keeping? If so, then our bulk invoice download feature will help speed up your workflow.
From your Transactions > Invoices area, you can now filter and search for invoices by
- Time period
- Product-specific
- Customer-specific
Then ‘search‘ for the related invoices and click the ‘Download’ button at the bottom-left of the page.

The system will generate a .Zip file containing the PDFs for all the invoices in your search filter and then send you an email with a link to download that file.
If choosing a specific time period, please note that the maximum total time period to download receipts is a 90-day window.
Processing time
Please note that processing this request can take some time, especially if there are a lot of receipts. It can take upwards of 20 minutes before you’re sent a link to download your .Zip file.
