How to Contact Support

For any questions you may have, ThriveIQ has the answers.

Access ThriveIQ in the bottom right-hand side of your screen:

From there, you can ask anything you may have questions about, and if your question isn’t answered or you need further clarification, you’ll have the option to click “I still need help”.

Re-wording your question, or asking another question, will continue the conversation and get you immediate answers through the chat with ThriveIQ.

To submit a support ticket, click the “Email” button as part of your conversation to submit details about your request.

Fill out the form details to tell us a bit about your account and request so that our support team has all the information to answer your question via email.

Don’t forget to include your Support Code so that your account is fully authenticated and our team can help you as soon as possible! This support code can accessed from the dropdown in the top right of your dashboard > My Profile > Generate Support code at the bottom of that page.

Make sure to include examples such as customer emails, invoice ID #’s, or product URLs, as well as a description of your issue or question. You’ll also have the ability to upload screenshots or screen recordings to showcase the full issue

Once you hit “Send a message” your ticket will be submitted to our support team for a thorough investigation into your question.
