Filtering Products by Status (Live, Test, or Disabled)

Managing multiple products is easier when you can quickly filter by their current status. ThriveCart now lets you filter your product list by Live, Test, or Disabled products, so you can find exactly what you’re working on without scrolling through a combined list.

This update gives you clearer visibility into your product catalog, reduces the risk of editing the wrong product, and helps keep large product lists organized.

Why use product status filters?

Previously, the Active Products filter grouped all non-archived products together — including Live, Test, and Disabled products. For merchants with many products, this made it harder to:

  • Quickly locate the correct product
  • Separate live offers from test versions
  • Avoid accidentally editing a live product
  • Manage large or growing product catalogs

With the new filters, you can now view products by their exact status.

Available product filters

You’ll now see the following filter options in your Products dashboard:

  • Live Products – Products currently available for purchase
  • Test Products – Products in test mode
  • Disabled Products – Products that are inactive but not archived
  • Active Products – All non-archived products (Live, Test, and Disabled)
  • Archived Products – Products that have been archived
  • All Products – Every product in your account

How to filter products by status

  1. Log in to your ThriveCart account
  2. Navigate to the Products page
  3. Click the filter dropdown (this defaults to Active Products)
  4. Select one of the new status filters:
    • Live Products
    • Test Products
    • Disabled Products
  5. The product list will instantly refresh to show only products matching that status

What happens when you select a filter?

  • Live Products
Shows only products that are currently live and available to customers.
  • Test Products
Displays products that are in test mode, helping you safely work on setups and experiments.\
  • Disabled Products
Shows products that are disabled but not archived, making it easy to manage paused or retired offers.

Helpful tips

  • Use Test Products when setting up or reviewing changes to avoid editing a live offer by mistake
  • Use Disabled Products to quickly find offers that may need re-activation or cleanup
  • If you’re unsure where a product is, All Products gives you a full overview

Filtering by product status makes managing your ThriveCart products faster, safer, and more scalable — especially as your catalog grows.
